Terms of Service

These terms are between Thea IT Solutions ("we", "us") and the business or person subscribing to Desqo ("you"). By creating an account or using Desqo you agree to them.

The service

Desqo is an AI assistant you add to your website. It reads your website and the details you provide, answers your visitors' questions from them, and can collect visitors' contact details for you. We set it up for you, and you add one line of code to your site.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the teammates you invite.
• You must have the right to use the website and content you ask us to read.

Plans, billing and cancelling

• Plans are billed monthly through Razorpay at the price shown when you subscribe. Each plan has a fixed number of conversations a month. There are no overage charges. When the limit is reached the assistant shows visitors a polite message until the count resets.
• If a payment fails we retry for a few days. If it keeps failing, the assistant is paused until payment succeeds.
• You can cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your assistant keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
• If we change the price of a plan, we tell you in advance and you keep your current price until you confirm the new one.

How to use it

• Use Desqo lawfully. Do not use it to collect information unfairly, to mislead people, to send spam, or to break or overload the service.
• Visitors must be told they are talking to an AI assistant and that messages are saved. Desqo shows this notice; do not remove it.
• You are responsible for the content on your website and for how you use the leads and conversations you receive, including following the data protection laws that apply to you.

What the assistant can and can't do

The assistant answers from your website and the details you give it, and is built not to invent information. AI can still make mistakes, so check important details, keep your website up to date, and don't rely on it for medical, legal or financial advice. You can correct or add answers in your dashboard at any time.

Your data

You own your content and your visitors' conversations and leads. You can export or delete them from your dashboard. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Desqo running but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the service

You can stop using Desqo at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk, and we will tell you why where we can.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will tell subscribers by email before a material change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. Questions:support@desqo.net.
